Ask politely and wait patiently until you are helped. Also showing some appreciation for the help that you get won''t hurt either
a simple ''Thank You" will do
Try to describe in detailes your porblems or issues by starting with the thread title. Which should be precise and descriptive. Avoid thread titles like help me, urgent, help, why this or why that etc etc.
Also include the url to your forum in the post with a test account preferable. If you can''t or don''t want to post the link to your forum, then at least provide a screenshot with the errors that you are having. Better to give give too much informations rather than too little.
Refrain from using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS as that is considered shouting and therefore rude and unpolite.
