I am looking for a plugin that would allow my members to upload pictures and the other users to vote for the picture they like the most.
and something in the settings that would allow me to set the amount of votes permitted per person.
kinda like what they are using on this website.

It is a plugin i have done and is not available here to download and can be sold separately for 15$. You can create links and/or text and/or pictures that your user will have to order by preference, by placing a specific amount of them in a receiving box. The process is done by javascript animated drag and drop. You can choose which groups of members do not have access to this, the amount of selections needed and many other features. You can see the results and the statistics in your Admin Panel as the users can see in part themself.
Chainzs wanted something like this, so i have setup a demo for him to see the plugin before and he liked it and offered me to buy it...
