Ccleaner is one of the nice program. It also has an uninstaller and you can edit your start up programs but some time it is not so good as windows xp manager.

CCleaner works well for me. Maybe things in the programs of recovery and recycling should have been removed, there may be some sort of useless software. But if you notice things you want is not listed, you can stop using CCleaner.
