This plugin was never released by Babjusi, but I just finished a more powerfull one that will be available next week for our subscribers!
Its name is "Forms Manager", you can create and manage predefined forms and even control their accessibility and validation. These forms can be sent to emails, private Messages and/or new posts...
So if you can afford the 10$ for one year subscription you will get that plugin and all the others that you need for that year!
